I'd love to know who she is also. I actually think it's some who got sacked from bangbabes lol. By the way i laughed my head of at her comment regarding (no 1 would want to take (Nameless) cause she always opens her legs showing her fat cunt) I can tell you all now (Nameless) doesn't have a fat cunt unless she's got a real seeing to but saying that doesn't all girls get a fat cunt after getting serviced hmm us guys do hehe.

In fact members like tdktv180 will tell you how swollen they get, after all with comments like http://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.ph...5&page=249 they should know about swollen private parts hehe

Come off it, that channel was stale jizz from the start. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

agree. whilst it was a good little channel they didnt have anyone who really made me want to watch it. bit harsh to say you hope bang now dies which probably wont happen

Well for me it was a good little channel that did have people who made me watch it. Sad

Not harsh at all for me to say I hope Bang Media die. It is after all what they deserve after so many rule breaks. You have already agreed with that statement earlier in the threads.

Just because Bang have more money, it doesn't make them right. They should be shut down. We have already established Bang are wrong for the rule breaks. Sad

(02-12-2010 03:24 )gazfc Wrote: [ -> ]Going by this it seems that ofcom only investigate when complaints are made.

Also if you look at it, bang should of really pulled out of broadcasting on freeview as all the complaints seem to be from there

http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/binarie...150910.pdf

Its true that they dont pre-censor. They even refused to give official advice to Playboy over something Playboy were unsure about, and then found them in breach for transmitting it. Harsh.

Mainly they react to complaints.

And somewhere they say they dont investigate broadcasts over 20 days old when the complaint is made.

But in various Broadcast Bulletins they refer to "routine monitoring". From time to time they chose a category and sample it. Often it comes to nothing.

They also monitor, or sample more frequently, known problem areas. They have pulled in a few radio stations that were caught changing their format, or with blatant advertising, or conveniently missing recordings, particularly when there seems to be no comprehension of the rules. Re-visiting isnt such a bad idea (ducks bricks) and I would have no objection to hygenine inspectors performing random follow up visits to take-aways found guilty of poor hygeine, or the Babk of England checking up on a high street bank with too much high risk lennding.

But after a while Id expect them to have a clean bill of health and to drop back to normal inspection, no more, no less.

Ofcom respond to complaints. They do a little sector-sampling. They re-visit a few previous offenders. But they go beyond this. The re-visiting seems heavily biassed towards the babe channels - other sectors are re-visited much less than they deserve. And some channels are systematically targetted despite being more or less the same as others. Thats bias and abuse of public money.

ppl are banned from forums not when they post controversial comments. Indeed, these open the debate, and this is the purpose of a forum. But the offense can lead to a banned user.
And what i would tell you as an advice, do never use in life "THEY ARE" "YOU ARE", is better to say, "in my opinion they are ugly". you send the same message, but you do not put yourself on a throne...
From the book of Canova (neoclassicism, the age of beauty...) "something is nice to you when your eyes see it as nice" (not sure about the perfect english translation, but the concept is this...). it means that what you think is nice, can look awful to another person... degustibus..... Smile

I hope that after you have spit out your angry for the closure of the 2 channels you are more relaxed.... and at the end, they took of 2 channels from TV, not 2 millions girls from planet earth... Smile Wink

Thankyou for the well thought out response.Bounce

I was saying don't ban me purely to become a martyr, as the other forum has banned me 3 times, the last was for a reply to the mod's comments left on the site, that were negative comments they made about Lori Buckby. It seems that this site has better moderation.

As for the comments themselves, I stick by them even after I have SPIT OUT MY ANGRY, as they do hold some truth. That no-one else seems to be capable of noticing.

[Edit]

There you go, If I'm not banned by the time I switch the laptop on, I will be very suprised.

Were you on a bet to see how quickly you could get banned or something?!?!?!? The constant mentioning of you being banned seemed like you were looking for it to happen.

Especially considering you had given a possible answer to your point in this thread before you had ever even posted in here

But, given your whole approach to this thread and your choice of words and phrases - this was just priceless..........

You got me. It was late and I was tired. I'm sure some of your posts contradict themselves.

But, thank you for pointing that out to me. Really appreciated.
I was thinking that as this thread has become more of a chat about ofcom in general and Bang Media rather than BB going from our much loved channels - which as we all know by now hasn't, can I propose that this thread is either closed or merged with the general Bang Babes thread???

It just seems to me that what we are now talking about is now OT Huh

Why not move it to the broadcasting regulations section, since it's mostly about Ofcom? There's no point in closing it if people still want to debate the circumstances of Bang Media's loss of licences.
