toned down = bullshit shows...im not a kid & can handle the sight of a naked woman...thanks for looking out for me ofcom twats.

well R.I.P a once classic channel...everytime a channel starts getting good it stops
I feel sorry for them, as well as being angry with them too. To be fair we put them under pressure a lot of the time when we moan about how boring the shows have become, that must play on their minds a little bit. But then they can't really use that as an excuse! They will I have no doubt have something up their sleeves, and I can't wait to see what happens now.
It looks like it was something that was shown just prior to 19 November that was the final straw.

I hope the forum will be able to see this in its full perspective and not just in the narrow view that this is "all Ofcoms fault".

Take a look back at Bangs responses to Ofcom: no comment, failure to supply recordings, untruths about suspending two presenters etc. If they had of offered a structured, cohesive response then things could have played out differently.
this is sad, but will it still be broadcast on http://teasemetv.tv

I can absolutely agree, Offcom are only the rule makers, Bang had a choice wether to follow the rules, and they chose not to. Offcom had no choice but to impose sanctions under the rules. Bang were stupid to try and pull the wool over everyone's eyes with all the untruths and non-responses. Sad
RIP?

We don't yet know what effect those new Dutch licences are going to have.

They run for five years from 28 September 2010.

Well it's still going at the moment.

Saying that, they still have at least one channel and the best babes on TV.

For 1s i agree with scotsman.

They should change the company name the same way Babeworld did.

Don't see how they can affect this

it happens to other companies who break the rules or financial problems, they setup a new company which then buys the old one for a nominal fee and the name changes along with board or directors/owners. its what ken bates did with leeds utd when got relegate to league 1 put the club into admin at half time brought the club under a new company during the summer.

i hope they continue to broadcast on the web
