Well no surprises there are plently of people complaining that it has stopped.

FFS, you are on the internet. If you want hardcore stuff, use that.

You all need to remember - not everybody is a testosterone fuelled adult male who wants to see girls on the screen showing everyone everything they have.

A lot of the breaches were during DAYTIME shows. That's day time boys and girls, when children are not in bed.

Have some perspective before ranting on and on about Ofcom for christ's sake.

That is what Bang should have done months ago, instead they chose not to speak up, other than putting out lies about technical difficulties.
Mr BibbleBabble makes a very good point - if you read the Ofcom adjudication against BB back in August some of the infractions took place between "01.15 and 02.25" in the morning. Most of us would wonder what the f*** they were doing up that late (unless playing with themselves whist watching the girls) BUT some of the infractions took place during the afternoon.

What consenting adults do at night-time is one thing and if Ofcom doesn't like what goes out at 2.00 am they can f*** off - but I'm sorry, even I can't in any way condone or sympathise with breaches during the daytime...

But what I can't comprehend is why they continued (at the start of the breaches) to allow the maverick presenter to push the boundaries? They had lollipop gate and yet continued to allow her to do as she pleased, while completely lying to ofcom in claiming she was suspended for a month directly following the incident. I hope the producers at TVX are capable of taming her, other wise they may be getting the kiss of death.

Because this industry as a whole has no concept of the truth.Stations lie, models lie everyone involved lies.A model recently posted on here denying that she was pregnant and interestingly her thread is now closed. She is apparently pregnant btw.
It's the way a fair proportion of this industry is run.Bang media will continue to run as long as they can,(they are on today)and ofcock would probably have to raid them to shut them down. They don't care.No channel is going to put a message up saying "sorry lads we're having a spot of bother with ofcock at the mo,will be back when we've run off to a different studio".

Just to clear up this point, Bang Media did not tell me the channels would be back on Friday. They said there was no timescale for resolving their problem, which is why the comment I made was stated to be unofficial.
this is one way to cull the girls the have. in a fews probably see a new name and management with the same girls.
agree as ive said earlier a new company will be formed so the licences will be regained, yet the staff and majority of babes will stay

Possibly - but doesn't it seem a rather obvious tactic?

Surely OFCOM would want to vet the BoD, shareholders and senior staff to satisfy themselves they're not just the same people with a different name?
