Myself and Amanda were performing on 2 camera’s. One was for the tv show and the other was the “naughty cam” for web stream. As far as we were aware the tv camera was filming my upper half on the phone, whilst naughty cam was filming the other action!!! We were not made aware that the producer had switched camera’s until too late. I’m a bad girl, but I wouldn’t knowingly, or that blatantly, put that kind of content out on tv and compromise my job or the show that I work on We’re not that silly!!!!

It was genuine mistake. In light of this, myself and Amanda followed instruction from management and were suspended for 2 or 3 weeks from memory… and had our shifts for those weeks taken off us. The producer responsible for the camera’s was sacked. I’ve been advised that the fine from Offcom in relation to this specific incidence, that happened over a year ago, has been paid. Anything further going on at Bang at the moment in regards to further incidences/fines I can’t comment on as I’ve not been involved in them.

Since that day my compliance was closely watched by Bang who confirmed that they were happy with it since then (which for me does take a lot of hard work and concentration, as I do tend to get very in to my sex chat and wrapped up in the moment!!!!). The way I’ve always worked is this: I’m given a boundary by the producer in charge that night and I push that boundary to the limit then bring it back again!!!! Many girls work the same, as these boundaries change all the time, so we rely on our producers to set and monitor these for us."

I was referring to the fact it may be illegal for them to still be broadcasting even if it's on another channel with different licensee's

They aren't broadcasting - they are supplying the content that is broadcast. As far as Ofcom is concerned the licence holder is the 'service provider' - in this case, Playboy. As I said way back: that's why Playboy were found 'In Breach' when Elite overstepped the mark on 911 - it was Playboy's licence.
