Can't see that happening as there is so many ranking points on offer,you can heavily drop down the rankings if other players do better then you and there is so much money on offer , but yeah i did here him say this.
Michael Smith is through to the final at Ally Pally with a 6-3 win over James Wade.
Michael Smith though to his second World Championship final faces 2020 Champion Peter Wright though to his third World Championship final.
Peter Wright is through to his 3rd World Championship final after a thrilling 6-4 win over Gary Anderson.
On paper should be an excellent final.
Both players in good form.
Will be hoping for Smith anyway.
Peter Wright is the 2021 World Champion for the second time defeating Michael Smith 7-5 , so Smith fails again but he played much much better in this final.
