BDO World Darts championship starts today
Who you think will win it?
I pretty much think many see Martin Adams as still the one to beat
Oh i hope not never liked him

think will go for the two scotts waites and mitchell
Fingers crossed for Durrant. He, like MVG, deserves to be World Champion. I just wish Duzza would change his f'n music. Makes him look like a low budget Adrian Lewis wannabe.
Grrr Martin Adams gets thru on Sudden Death

Great play by Joyce to take it to Sudden Death with a 163 checkout
Fallon Sherrock seems to have filled out in the face. She's playing Lisa Ashton in the quarter-finals, in a repeat of the 2015 Final.
^ I saw that too. Was shocked with how she looks, but apparently she's had some kidney problems recently and is on a course of steroids, which have obviously swollen her up. Poor lass. As for the proper darts, Danny Noppert has just won his first round game and looks head and shoulders above everyone - Durrant included. Durrant vs Noppert would be a seriously good game. I'm sure C4 & the BDO are hoping for that outcome.
I thought there was probably some health issue, since she didn't appear to have gained any weight lower down.

Rolleyes I think Trina Gulliver and a few of the ladies would put a few of the lads to shame (though you might (correctly?) diagnose that as a signs of lower standards among the men.
^ And then the women's no.1 player Deta Hedman plays like shite and gets knocked out in round 1..... laugh
When they had her on commentary the other day I thought "oh has she retired/not qualified?" It's not the smoothest plan to have your #1 seed on the commentary team (not counting Ronnie O'Sullivan and Eurosport, and he's only a pundit).
Number 1 seed Glen Durrant has survived an almighty scare tonight.
He recovered from 3-0 down to win 4-3 as his opponent Paul Hogan wilted with the finish line in sight.
