The Dark Knight Rises Surpasses $800 Million Worldwide.
Hugh Jackman said that "We've deliberately not called it Wolverine 2 because we want it to be placed and feel like a standalone picture. With an all-new cast and setting it in Japan, it's going to give us a whole new visual aesthetic. The approach to character means we won't be overloaded with mutants and teams and the like, so it'll be more character-based. I think in many ways it will feel like a completely different X-Men film."
Keanu Reeves has revealed the plot of the third Bill And Ted movie:

"One of the plot points is that these two people have been crushed by the responsibility of having to write the greatest song ever written and to change the world," the actor explains. "And they haven't done it. So everybody is kind of like: 'Where is the song?; The guys have just drifted off into esoterica and lost their rock. And we go on this expedition, go into the future to find out if we wrote the song, and one future 'us' refuses to tell us, and another future 'us' blames us for their lives because we didn't write the song, so they're living this terrible life. In one version we're in jail; in another we're at some kind of highway motel and they hate us."
From what i've been hearing about the Robocop remake things don't sound too good and here why:

"In the film, when Murphy is turned into Robocop 1.0, it’s described 'a high-tech version of the ’80s suit.' Then they show a focus group scene where criminals laugh at the design. 'He looks like a toy from the ’80s!' So they redesign him to look 'meaner' as Robocop 2.0, who passes focus group approval. So they not only make sure to include the original design, they also point out it’s dated and stupid. *facepalm*"

"Oh, god… oh dear god… Robocop is a Transformer. He goes from 'social mode' to 'combat mode' and back. Full transformation."

Robocop is dropped into an Al-Qaeda training camp at one point to see what he can do, while the ED-209s are deployed to Iran to stop suicide bombers.

There are a few pretty lousy-sounding winks to lines from the original Paul Verhoeven film (and even to its poster). There are also said to be several different versions of the RoboCop suit used through the film. HitFix's Drew McWeeny who read the script for the reboot, sounds like to me someone's been watching too many Michael Bay films (Transformers) oh dear hope to god this ain't anyway there's loads of time to make changes if it is.
yeah have heard these rumours myself and pretty much had the same reaction as you. hope it isnt as bad as it looks now
In honor and promotion of the Indiana Jones Blu-ray box set release, Raiders of the Lost Ark will be getting a re-release in IMAX cinema's.
Looks like Fox is letting the screen rights to Daredevil revert back to Marvel rather than either hurry a film into production to meet the Oct. 10 deadline or give up any Fantastic Four characters in order to extend that deadline.
Two more actors join Kick Ass 2, Robert Emms has joined the film and will be playing the role of Insect Man, a policeman that becomes a superhero. He joins Kick-Ass' JLA/Avengers-style group Justice Forever and Morris Chestnut has been added as 'the guardian' for Chloe Moretz's Hit-Girl, played by Omari Hardwick in the first film.

why a remake? the original is a classic. the new total recall looks good from the trailors but again why a remake?
