What i have heard is that Batman Vs Superman was delayed because its been used a stepping stone for Justice League and with so many actors they need to make sure that all the actors would be signed to appear in future movies so they needed to be tied down to contracts.
Harrison Ford will be out 8 weeks in filming the new Star Wars film and rumours are that The Flash will be making a cameo appearance in Batman Vs Superman there supposed to be filming his cameo pretty soon.
Xmen Apocalypse will be set in 1983 hopefully with newer cast rather than Patrick 'same in every movie' Stewart and his chums.
Amazing Spiderman 3 has reportedly been delayed until 2017...probably to allow Sony time to save up enough spare cash

Rumours are that the solo Batman will be out in 2019, that will be a year later after Man of Steel 2 and could possibly be directed by Ben Affleck himself and maybe called The Batman. Batman Vs Superman should wrap filming towards the end of the year and then next year Affleck will be back in role of Batman/Bruce Wayne in 2015 for the filming of the Justice League which is rumoured to feature the DC villain Darkseid.
Rumours are going around that Matt Damon will be back along side Jeremy Renner as Aaron Cross in the next Bourne film.
