But that's my point the Marvel are going about there direction DC in there's, you can't simply can't compare the two unless there the it's like how explained the analogy between The Flash and Daredevil. Remember Marvel have much with there out put with films then with DC or anyone else that makes a super hero. I don't look on it on whether marvel makes a better more successful films then DC because all I want to get is a good film that I enough who ever it's coming from. I hope civil war will success along with the other future marvel films and the same with DC too or who makes a super film. The Kingsman is actually based from comic/graphic novels from Mark Miller.
So you don't like Affleck as Batman but prefer Bale that's fair enough but as was saying everything is subjective someone I was taking to on FB thinks Adam West is the best again it's up to them st one point people hated Keaton as Batman but loved him later and some like him some don't. Every one has there own choice as to which Bond they like there again people have there choices and there's nothing wrong in that. I get hate because I like Nintendo games and consoles and her fan boys attacking because you like tho kind of games but equal I have all the Sony consoles but I like the games on there too all tho some of Nintendo consoles haven't been the success they should have been I still enjoy playing then even many people don't based on the sales it's what gives me personally enjoy yet Sony and Nintendo games are very different.
That's why I don't like this marvel better or DC is bullshit all I want is a good film and we're bloody lucky to be getting so many super hero films and tv shows I want them all to be successful
(26-03-2016 10:11 )bigguy01 Wrote: [ -> ]I have not yet seen bvs:doj but marvel since the first xmen film (not under the marvel brand) have set the standard for comic book based films which DC are trying to catch up. the marvel films don't waste time getting to the plot of the film (some say they don't have one) where has man of steel spent about 1hr or so telling Superman's history and did not really get going until Zod arrived.
I think the trailer revealed too much and should have kept some parts secret.
I don't agree with the trailer commend because of the film's these days are all doing aside from the force awakens which actually didn't show anything or told what the story was about and in fact was misleading when you saw the big reveal in the movie. Deadpool actually shows a lot of what happens in the film but no one says anything. Go back and watch the goldeneye trailer which actually reveals the villain and actually spoilers the film or watch the back to the future part 2 trailers shows way to much of the film and that's a problem with a lot of film trailers today there either showing too much like the terminator film did or cutting together a shit trailer like the ghostbusters reboot
Ok fair points. I will assess then on that criteria as a film it's just not good enough. But it is just my opinion. Others will love it. It's going to make shit
loads of money so job security is guaranteed.
People are just gonna have different views on what they do and don't like its the same with the models on the channels or the different babe channels everyone's gonna have different tastes would be boring if everyone liked the same thing they thing is subjective.
Bob Kane has Batman Kill someone in the first issue doesn't he?
I remember a part where he punched a crook into a huge vat of some kind.
I can't stand Christian Bale in anything,I always preferred Michael Keaton as Batman on film. Clark Bartram is great as him in Batman : Dead End.
Im a fanboy of both DC & Marvel. I have a huge collection of vehicles from the batman films, comics & tv series, Have all the marvel & DC films on tv. Also watch all the comic book tv shows on tv apart from the Netflix ones as I don't have Netflix
BvS was a fantastic start to the DC extended universe
^^
Exactly not everyone likes the same things, would be boring. Regarding BvS, what I said in the movie review thread sums up what I thought so I'll repeat it here
the critics may have given it mixed reviews but I...LOVED IT!!!! It was fantastic from start right through to the very emotional ending that had me welling up. The special effects are fantastic & the action sequences are brilliant. The plot isn't confusing at all despite what the critics say. There are quite a few cameos & easter eggs setting up several up coming DC Expanded Universe films including The Flash, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg & of course Justice League along with who the big bad of the DCEU will be.
As for the cast, Ben Affleck is a very good Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill is very good as Clark Kent/Superman, much better than he was in Man Of Steel. Gal Gadot is excellent as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, stunning, mysterious and yet is a badass when she needs to be. The rest of the cast play their role very well in telling the story
DC have got their movie universe off to a fantastic start
9.5/10
I'm a fanboy of both DC & Marvel and I too don't like the trolling that happens between the sets of fans
I find it all silly with all these fanboy wars we should be bloody lucky were getting so many now all of which are all different and diverse some we're gonna like some gonna hate. I've got my copy of BvS on preorder and will be doing the same with civil war and x men apocalypse and suicide squad when there available to pre order.
One of my fav Iron Man film was the first one I fucking love that film it's one my fav films, I didn't mind the second one all tho some people never liked it. The third one all tho visuals is fanastic I didn't like what they did the such iconic villain from comics. I really wish there was a Iron Man 4 and really not looking forward to seeing Hugh Jackman hanging up his belt as Wolverine.
