Marvel is apparently keen to appoint The Russo brothers, directors of Captain America:The Winter Soldier for Captain America 3 and possibly 4. Rumour is that it will follow the Civil War storyline which focuses on government legislation that demands the registration and service of anyone possessing super powers. This puts Captain America and Iron Man on opposing sides, leading to all out war. This could also tie in with the rumour that some of the current superheroes could be replaced with new characters in Avengers 3.
Captain America 3 is scheduled for a UK release of 29th April 2016 and is likely to be followed by Avengers 3 in 2018. Have to say I think one of the strongest things about the Marvel franchise is the long term planning that ties each seperate movie to the over-arching storyline.
Its been rumoured that Will Smith, Ryan Gosling, Tom Hardy, and Margot Robbie having been offered parts in Suicide Squad movie by Warner Bros.
Marvel have released some publicity photograps showing the various characters in Avengers:Age of Ultron. One shows them lined up on a height chart lol. Captain America and Thor at 6'4, Ironman at 6'5 and Hulk at 8'5. Besides the usual suspects there is also an interesting Ironman suit called the Hulkbuster which stands at 11'!!
That suggests to me that the early information on the plot might be correct with the Hulk becoming uncontrollable as the Avengers defeat Ultron and being banished off world. This could lead into the civil war that will be the plot in Captain America 3 and the oft rumoured standalone Planet Hulk movie, before ending the story arc in Avengers 3. Just my thoughts but it ties in with previously released information.
Apparently Starwars VII wraps up live filming in 3 weeks time. This gives the production team 12 or so months to do all the sfx and CGI, ready for its release on 18th December 2015. For me the must see movie of next year...along with Avengers: Age of Ultron, Bond 24 and....
Noomi Rapace has confirmed that she is will be returning, along with Michael Fassbender in the near future to film Prometheus 2. Ridley Scott has confirmed that the film will not feature the xenomorphs and will not feature earth at all. It is due a US release on 4th March 2016 with the UK date as yet unconfirmed.
