Gonna post up my review of the finale i thought it was great, there were some great easter eggs which you would spot if you were a fan of comics and you a cliffhanger to make you eager for more which it managed and the effects and change to the timeline which i'll explain in my review it sets up some of epic stories from comic like the flashpoint, and versions of Earth like Earth 2 which was a on going comic series in the DC 52 reboot.
The finale has got a lot of people talking so i would its been a succsessful were as the Arrow season 3 finale was anti climax as there was no cliffhanger compared to the previous seasons.
Because of whats happened in finale there gonna be changes and things won't be what there, all i'll explain in my review and round up.
Thought i finally would put up a post of my review of season and i gotta say that i loved it. Most the rumours that were going around online about what the finale would be about were wrong. I thought that they might use the flashpoint story line from the comics all tho they still will be doing the flashpoint story at some point i hope.
What i liked about the finale is heart break, action and a cliff hanger leaving you wanting more even i a little tear in my eye when Barry didn't save his mother and finally got to say goodbye to her and with his mum being proud of him. Then of course there was of course was Eddie taking his own life to save the team i really thought that he might into some kind of villian i.e Colbolt Blue or possibly another Reverse Flash he is now dead and now won't be a season regular any more now thats to say he won't be back especially after whats happened and changes that are gonna be made.
I thought all of the cast had there moments to shine, Grant Gustin was great in this Ep andd showed really emotion in losing his mother for a second time and anger at Eobard Thawne, Tom Cavanagh was great as Harrison Wells aka Eobard Thawne and even the original Eobard Thawne played by actor Matt Letscher rumours his gonna back playing Reverse Flash/Eobard. We never find out as to way Eobard hates Barry so much but this will be answered in the future. We find out that Cisco is a meta human and was affected that night with the other meta humans and can see the different timeline setting up his character of Vibe in the comics. There tons of easter eggs from the comics which i will post at the end of the review. What i have liked about the show is when there questions to things and they always answer them later along the line like how Cisco was able to remember the previous timeline so with Eobard hating Barry this will be answered, all in all a epic finale and the special effects were just amazing and we've been told its gonna better and bigger with season 2.
In the next few day will post what i do know about season 2 but will leave you a little teaser all i will say is speedsters. 9.8/10.
Easter Eggs:
The count down the clock for Barry to return from past 1min 52 seconds, the 52 in reference to the DC 52 reboot of the comics.
When Barry is in the past he sees future Barry from 2024 wearing the costume which exactly like the costue he wears in the comics.
Eobard Thawne has a Flash ring, like in the previous Ep.
Cisco says the line "So Long and Thanks For The Fish" title of the fourth book in Douglas Adams’ Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy series. He also says "May The Speed Force Be With You" again a reference to Star Wars and the Doctor Evil reference from Austin Powers.
There's a Back To The Future Part 2 reference when Cisco tells Barry that when he goes back to the past there will two of him there and wait for Future Flash to go, in Back To The Future Part 2 Marty and Doc have to back to 1955 Doc explains to Marty that there are now two of him here and there now two Doc Browns.
When Barry runs into the Speed Force he see's the future blink and you'll miss these scenes, he sees Catlin Snow as Killer Frost, The Flash Museum from the comics with a statue which could of him or possibly his future grandson Bart Allen.
We also see Barry in hand cuffs in jail, could this be a alternate universe?

As Eobard is about to leave a helmet pops out of the worm hole and Eobard says "Thats my que to leave" the helmet belongs to Jay Garrick the golden age Flash and the very first one. Could he be making appearence in season two from Earth 2?
Eobard name checks Rip Hunter and the Time Sphere and says his a interesting man.
Captain Cold and Hawk Girl make a small cameo at the end.
There is a time paradox, Reverse Flash kills Barrys mother and then has to create The Flash in order to get home but Eddie kills himself so Eobard is never born but Eobard never existed then how does he kill Barrys mum and yet still create Flash yet he doesn't exist but Eddie kills himself to stop him hence the paradox lol.
Already watched it three times now lol.

I'm sure the Cliff Hanger and solution there of will sort out the paradox in season 2 - Will Cisco be the only one to remember the events that have occurred leading to further multi time line variations....
If the timeline is changed then the only people that would remember is Barry and Cisco. There are stuff i know about season two but won't any that yet since i've already made a big post to do with the season finale lol.

Here's what I know about season 2 so far it involve alternate earths like earth 2 where Jay Garrick is from you saw his helmet in the finale also alternate timelines don't be too shocked when Barry closes the worm hole that certain things will be different for example Tom Cavanagh is still series regular so could he be back as real Harrison Wells. Because of the worm hole and changes to the timeline and alternate earths expect to see new heroes and villains two of new villains will be mirror master and doctor alchemy.
Wally West should be making appearance and some new speedsters possibly Jay Garrick, Bart Allen his Barry's grandson from the future, max mercury, Jessie quick there's so many of them from the flash history.
Barry is gonna have a new love interest called Wendy and will be a little like felicity no news who's been cast but with will appear in Ep 2.
Vibe (Cisco) and killer frost (Catlin Snow) could finally be in season 2, Eddie is dead but could appear again in flash backs or from a alternate earth. Reverse Flash ain't totally gone as the producers want the actor who played him before he changed his to Harrison Wells to come back which can be done with alternate earths.
The stories and special effects will bigger and better and expect time travel, alternate earths to play a bigger part in season 2 and we might get changes ton the costume in season 2 more news when it get it.
More news looks like The Flash might not be the only hero of the city, it looks like there casting someone in there 30's or 40's and will be square jawed hero.
Just pre-ordered season 1 on blu ray and paid next to nothing for it as my mate gave me a Amazon gift voucher for my birthday, just gotta wait till the end of September now

Season 2 has been confirmed for the 6th of October 2015 at 8pm in the States and in the UK it will probably start a week or two later.
