Anybody else think The Flash has gone seriously down hill?

The introduction of Nora is the main reason for this for me, what an awful character

Not really. Could it be better, yeah, everything has room for improvement, but I don't think it's gone down hill.
The problem they seem to run into (no pun intended) is with balance, they go lighter if the last season was too dark and vice versa, and sometimes a few episodes end up too much one way or the other imo. Overall though, I do think they hit more than they miss.

i hate the stretchy dude, which i've probably mentioned once or twice.
