The official synopsis for the CW crossover:

"With all of the heroes in town to celebrate Barry and Iris's wedding, villains from Earth-X crash the festivities with a deadly agenda."

They will be evil doppelgängers of the characters of The CW DC characters, there from Earth-X where the Nazis won World War 2, they will first show up on The Ray Animated Series.
The art work on the poster was done by DC artist Phil Jimenez best known for his work on Wonder Woman comic.
It’s also looking Kara/Supergirl might be getting a new costume. Also noticed that Arrow villain Prometheus is there along with Killer Frost and Captain Cold.

Tom Welling has said this:


“I am willing to go on The Flash and I have a few ideas on how it can happen if the network asks me,” Welling is quoted as saying. “In fact, I think I can make it happen.

Don't you go getting my hopes up now, lol, I'd love to see that. He needs to make it happen, but it has to be more than one episode.

Ep 2 Season 4 “Mixed Signals” Synopsis

Barry (Grant Gustin) has his hands full when he takes on a dangerous meta (guest star Dominic Burgess) who can control technology, while also confronting an obstacle in his personal life: the ramifications of abandoning Iris (Candice Patton) for six months to balance the Speed Force. Meanwhile, Gypsy (guest star Jessica Camacho) breaches in for a hot date with Cisco (Carlos Valdes), but she gets annoyed when his work keeps them apart.
