Ep 14 "Attack On Central City" synopsis:
THE EPIC CONCLUSION TO THE TWO-PART BATTLE WITH GRODD – When Grodd (voiced by David Sobolov) and his army of gorillas bring the battle to Earth-1, The Flash (Grant Gustin) and team must find a way to stop them before they destroy Central City. Gypsy (guest star Jessica Camacho) returns to join the fight. Meanwhile, Jesse Quick (guest star Violett Beane) decides she wants to stay with Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) on Earth-1.
Season 3 Ep 12 "Untouchable" Easter Eggs
Alex Désert who played Julio Mendez he gets killed by Clive Yorkin was in the first Ep of season 3 "Flashpoint" where in alternate timeline he was Captain Mendez he also played Julio Mendez in the original 90's Flash who was Barry Allen best friend and lab partner.
Clive Yorkin was a Flash Villain in the comics he was blamed for the death of Iris West it was later revealed the real killer was none other then Reverse Flash.
In the comics Wally West/Kid Flash did have trouble phasing through solid walls he could sort of do it but he would end up living a hole each time he did it. Wally as the modern Flash before DC 52 and Rebirth was actually faster Barry and in Rebirth with the return of the original Wally West (yes there's actually two Wally Wests now) his still faster then Barry.
Barry phasing the train by vibrating it which was awesome by way too inspiration from a story from The Flash Rebirth comics where a plane with passengers was going to crash into a bridge and phased the whole airliner.
The Flash returns on sky1 on the 28th of Feb with Ep 13 "Attack On Gorilla City" the same Ep airs in the States on the 21st of Feb and will be a two parter with the second part Ep 14 "Attack On Central City". Ep 15 will titled "The Wrath of Savitar".

This was on sky1 last night and agree a really good enjoyable episode. The set piece where you are on about where Barry phases the train to stop it crashing was indeed jaw dropping & the special effects were brilliant.
The ending sets up excellently the up coming two parter "Attack On Gorilla City" & "Attack On Central City" which as you say starts in the us next week and on sky1 the week after
