One of the villains has been revealed for the final season 9 and that is of the character Red Death, the villain is mentioned in season 5 in the ep where it’s set in the future explaining Nora’s origin story you hear the characters name in the Flash museum. In the comics Red Death is a Bruce Wayne from another universe that merges a Flash. The twist in season 9 is it’s gonna be Ryan Wilder aka Batwoman played by Actress Javicia Leslie, my guess it’s not the same version from the show but from another Earth.
