Nah i think they did it as a Joke because its a merger between Wayne Tech and Queen Industries so its a merger between the Arrow and Batman and besides if they are all working in the same time line then Queen Industries is no more its palmer technology
Prob put in there cos they no all you comic book nerds will be reading all sorts into it lol
Have to say love the last 2 episodes hadnt watched it since mid season break but really getting back into it
loved the cisco and laurel interaction
It was a Easter Egg/Tease there's a interview with the Flash executive producer Andrew Kreisberg saying that all it is was a tease. On both The Flash and Arrow there not allowed to either mentain Gotham or even Metropolis:

This is a new promo but i've put it as a spoiler as when you see the end part it gives a lot away of whats going on, enjoy
Can't wait for these episodes
What i like about The Flash is how there staying to the comics and the stories that were told while giving it a updated feel, for example with Eobard Thawne changing his face to look Harrison Wells were as in the comics he chnaged his face to look like Barry Allen's. With time travel now being a important part of the show its endless in hwat they can do with the show.
