looking at this Man Utd team, you can see why Sir Alex retired. There are a lot of senior players that need to moved on and the team rebuilt
Moyes has got to go - its obvious the players dont want to play for him and in this day and age players have the power - he has got to go - his tactics, team selection are exceptionally poor - probably the worst manager we've had - even worse than Frank O'Farrell! but O'Farrell didn't take over the champions - don't get me wrong i didn't expect moyes to win anything but i did expect at least 4th place! If a mourinho or the like had the same squad i bet we wouldn't be 6th or lower!

It wouldn't be so bad if the performances were there but there not!
Mass changes are needed in the defense.
Ferdinand is past it. He has no speed and he's now got little ball control. Vidic isn't the world class dender that he used to be befor his injury.
Evra is still a good defender but he's getting to the end of his playing career.
But worse still was Smalling. In him Utd have a right back who can't cross. He was embarrassing.

Mass changes are needed before next session.
have u seen the odds on next prem league manager to be sacked? moyes is odds on at some bookies, wow! maybe sum1 knows something for his odds to change that dramatically!

Is Smalling even a right back anyway? I thought he was a central defender.
Exactly.. Smalling is central defender who plays at right back when Rafael isn't available. Rafael isn't a good enough defender and Smalling isn't good on the ball in any position.

The bookies say they are just following the money, having seen a flood of bets on Moyes since last night's match. I don't think anyone actually knows anything, it's just the punters' money doing the talking.

Rafael is not a traditional defensive minded player. He is typical of the style found in Europe and South America where driving forward and attacking through crosses and passes are seen as preferable to resolute tackling. My displeasure is aimed at the entire squad, who need to take stock and apply themselves better when putting on the shirt.
Moyes will not be sacked unless the club has a really major misfortune. Currently United are the 6th best performing EPL team, while that is not good enough it's not enough for him to be sacked.

Many here will be too young to remember United before Fergie's successes but he too struggled for his first few years. Thankfully the board stood by him despite the clamour from the media for his head. While not happy with his overall performance I will hold judgement on Moyes until next season when he has had chance to replace and build his own team. After all, the squad is one inherited from Fergie, which needed strengthening with quality, established players two to three seasons ago. Hearing behind the scenes that he's planning a summer clear out keeps my confidence going Smile
I can understand that about what you said about fergie totally and they did the right thing keeping him which has been proved. but to go from champions by how many points to losing in cups against swansea and sunderland, losing how many home games, maybe being knocked out of europe by olympiakos,to me the players arent playing for him, usually a decline happens slowly but this seems to be happening so quickly, and bytor this is not a dig ok. only time will tell if they keep him or not and if he achieves success but u know more about football than what i do but if i was an owner of a football club i wouldnt give him all this money the media are saying to rebuild a team and i know its his first season but he had everything there to start with bytor, he had all the ingredients, he didnt have to start at the bottom and build man utd like fergie had to, fair point yes? everything was there for him from the start, he had a squad of champions and hes took them at the minute to 6th place and i know other teams have improved but to go down that far within 7 months, then something isnt working but if the players arent playing for him then they must take some blame as well.

ok william but for the odds to drop dramatically then it must be large amounts of money being placed to go to odds on.
