You keep saying this but they have not said they are lifting the Ivory ban - its just you scaremongering. The 2015 manifesto said they would EXTEND the ban from where it is now to include all ivory. At present it is only legal to deal in ivory from before some date decades ago and that's how the law will remain
Only ivory Pre 1947 can be sold legally. Cameron did in the 2015 manifesto say they would continue the ban. No mention of ivory ban in May's 2017 manifesto. but the CONservatives have decided to drop their previous commitment to introduce a total ban on ivory trade in Britain. This has been done after heavy pressure from wealthy antique dealers, notably, The British Antique Dealers Association, who's President is CONservative MP and pal of Theresa May, Lady Victoria Borwick.

Cameron was often called the heir to Blair, I don't think people realised May was a clown like Brown Surprised

EU don't need to threaten us at all, the Tories are shooting themselves in the foot enough. We might get a good deal out of sympathy laugh

Correct and they are not proposing to change that so they are NOT REMOVING THE BAN ON MODERN IVORY SALES

I really don't know. If they oppose independence that much maybe they think it was worth it.

Which begs the question, when this was said during the election camaign, why no denial from the CONservatives. Or did i miss this?? I would think they would know it would cost them votes. They were quick enough to refute other claims.
Reshuffle now going on. Never has the phrase " rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic " been more apt.
She doesn't learn
Jeremy Hunt's to remain as Secretary of State for Health.
