Tory leader in Scotland, Ruth Davidson, is, unsurprisingly, said to be 'less than enthusiastic' about possible arrangement with the DUP.

Theresa May 'told to sack advisers or face challenge on Monday'
Fiona Hill has now resigned as well.
Question is, is this enough to pacify the tories and keep May in power for now? The sacking of these two was being pitched as seeing if May would accept some responsibility for the result, and indeed, actually acknowledge that the result was less than good. If they both resigned of their won accord rather than being sacked, then May hasn't moved, so maybe the tory hard-nuts will still be after some blood from her in some other way.

It's certainly not arrogance, more desperation. Be realistic - where else can they turn?

Given that she has been exposed as utterly useless, and a terrible campaigner, I can't imagine that the Tories would even consider going through another election with May as leader.
The real problem they have is who to replace her with?

What makes you think they are going to do that?
What SOCATOA hasn't noticed is that nobody in the Conservative party has come out and backed May. In fact the senior Tories have all mysteriously vanished, Boris etc unavailable to the media and not commenting. I think Ruth Davidson is the only senior Tory that the media can get hold of.
It will be open warfare within the CONservatives, and you are forgetting David Davis backed her plans when this coalition of chaos was first muted.
Nigel Evans has stated that future decisions need to be made by the Cabinet and the MP's.
He's stated that Theresa May has just confided in here advisers.
fuckin dup lol. they'll be trying to ban abortions, same sex marriage and sunday drinking quicker than you can sing the sash!
