Apparently they have been working behind the scenes with the Tories for a couple of years.

I don't pretend to know much about the DUP I knew of their existence but didn't know who/what they represent. From what I've heard this morning/afternoon, it's about as bad as it gets, and is a little scary. They are creationists (dinosaurs existed for fucks sake and evolution may have been called a 'theory' by Darwin, but it is now and has been for a very long time...a fact), they oppose LGBT rights, anti abortion (inc for rape victims, which is inhumane imo) and that's before you delve even further into their history. Where's a crying smiley when you need one
