Exactly.
Now it wouldn't surprise me if the babes & producers read all this & dismiss us all as a bunch of sad keyboard warriors with nothing better to do in our lives but moan. But honestly it's got to the stage that if they went out of business, I wouldn't shed a tear for them either. The channels used to be a pleasant diversion from my life & duties, but I'd get over it.
We're just being honest in feedback most companies pay for in surveys. And one big feedback is girls looking bored & disinterested are not sexy enough to be reaching the phone for IMO. Don't they like maximising potential income?
Pissing myself reading the posts, even Rammy not defending as usual makes me think they must have been poor after I went to zzzzzzz after 1. It seems S66 have no nights the same but I put it down to the girls as much as the crew. I think Hannah is gorgeous but another girl who is up and down more than a yo-yo, and last night was down. Lilly and Adele well not their best nights. A lot of the girls are that use to turning up and putting in poor performances are they going to change, can S66 make them up their game. You just have to look at recent recruits Jasmine, Lucy and Olivia putting in proper shifts, it must make the other girls think or are they just set in their ways.
I still think S66 need to add to the roster and it would be good to see new talent, that way they can nurture them into top performers and get rid of some of the dead wood, harsh but it's how businesses survive these days.
Talking about wood, I really hope Mica puts in a shift tonight and doesn't just look bored all night, gorgeous lass but her shows just don't do her justice.

I never mind if a girl isn't majorly up for it every night, people even moaned about Yas and Lucy one week. But more can be done to make sure the girls are having fun, the more fun they have, the more calls they get. Being left in a set with a static camera limiting what you can do anyway? Hardly enjoyable. If they moved they'd be out of the shot and some poor fellow has to trudge over to adjust the cam. Such a chore.

Well Mica is starkers in the bath. If the lines are rammed full, why is she twiddling her phone?
This is one reason I would never call in. I've seen plenty of people complaining that they can't get through yet the girl on screen is clearly not on a call.
The other reason is that I only have a £5 limit on premium numbers on my phone
