If Joey 27 knew how few calls the channels which are low at the EPG get towards the end of the night he might have a better grasp of the business realities involved.

i prefer fake boobs but if i saw only one babe on S66 who has small natural tits i wouldn't watch, luckily for them im the minority not the majority that prefers fake over natural so they wouldn't give a shit about people like me not watching or calling. even if they had 2 girls on with fake boobs that still better than one, its a bit silly we talk about this channel as one of the big 3 when RLC and BS have 3-4 babes that work all night and S66 has 1 or 2

You may well be right, but if so I find that surprising. Presumably you don't mean 'low', you mean high at the EPG? The Cellcast channels are at the numerically low end of the 900 group and are busy with many babes up to 5am.

Are people really that dumb that they can't navigate a remote control beyond 908? Also, how come the 'same girl on three channels' approach adopted by S66 has only happened recently, coinciding with their general meltdown?

I don't have a Sky box so I can't check EPG numbers, but what about RLC and Xpanded - don't they have channels in the higher parts of the EPG and don't they run more than one babe in the small hours?

So now Jennifer Jade is 'taking a break' and going onto Aw .Would prefer it if she went onto MFC but you can't win 'em all.S66 would be better off slimming down to two channels now as they really do seem to be struggling to fill the ones they have.I think I know what Joey 27 is driving at.S66 has for some time run one babe for the last couple of hours and if I happen to have been watching there haven't always been that many calls coming in it would seem so it's clearly S66 graveyard shift.

@ Digital Dave, STD 66 broadcast on these Sky channels 912, 941,942, STD 66 USA broadcast on the 941 channel by the way, if you include Golden Girls then that broadcast on 940, so they have one channel towards the beginning of the Sky adult section, with the other 3 towards the end.
RLC/Playboy TV Chat broadcast on these channels 902, 910, 913, 932, so they have 3 toward the beginning and 1 toward the end .
Xpanded broadcasts on these channels 931,943, 944, all 3 are towards the end, Xpanded seems to do well at that end, and they do run more than 1 babe in the small hours .
Maybe it's just STD 66 that get very few calls in the small hours ? .

Thus far hannah has done an extended tease hour/kinda dayshow, when was the last time she did an actual nightshow its gotta be 4-5 months, she used to be great now its just her laying on a bed for 90% of the time with only two positions, couple of moves and couple of camera angles. And what I mean by an actual nightshow is being active for more then 10% of the time and more then just rolling over as a position change or wiggling your arse slighty as your greatest move and moving the camera around instead of a couple of inchs to left or the right and not forgetting showing her tits more then once in a blue moon.

Most callers to the channels are casual callers who simply don't get very far down the EPG. They usually don't venture anywhere near where the last 2 Studio 66 channels are, right at the bottom. Callers at the bottom end tend to be babe channel regulars.

Put it this way, how much would it cost to buy the EPG slots that Studio 66 have at the bottom, 941 and 942? Probably £50,000 each. And how much would it cost to buy the prime 900 slot? I'm sure that Playboy wouldn't take anything less than £1m for it.

Thanks, mr mystery. It does appear that the problem is limited to S66. It looks to me like a chicken and egg situation - S66 put one babe on all three channels to save money, but nobody calls anyway.

If they did as the other channels did and offered at least two babes they might increase their call volumes beyond the extra outlay in paying them. Their other trick of not employing enough camera operators is also self-defeating as it makes their production values look cheap.

It's exactly what happened with Hotel Voyeur - cost savings all over the place resulting in an ever-increasing downward spiral to oblivion.

And before anyone responds by saying the babe channels owners know what they're doing, we know beyond all shadow of a doubt that this is absolutely not the case!

Interesting, thanks for the info. I remember the figure of £1m per prime epg slot being quoted a few years ago but I very much doubt that is the case these days, given the relentless decline of the babe channels and the rise of cam sites.
