I am beginning to wonder whether if it's not 'behind the scenes' strife its something along the lines of once one established girl goes the others start to follow. The Merry go round is always going as we well know.A former place of employment of mine lost all of it's established sales staff(10 years+ service)in a 6 month period)They didn't follow eachother necessarily but clearly all thought the place wasn't the same without eachother
Studio 66 still have the best daytime babes around. If only they could talk them into covering nightshows.
I'm glad to see that a couple of the girls have moved on. It's a win-win situation. The babes will get reinvented and the shows will be refreshed with new girls..
The only down side is that we now only have two channels of UK model babes
^^^^
S66 have talked some of the daybabes into doing nights. Cara Brett has done a few nightshows/tease shows, mainly till 11pm but has occasionally stayed on till 1am. Another s66 daybabe Kara De La Hoyde has done a couple of nightshows now, Tara has done a nightshow and is up for doing more and Emma C has done a few tease shows as well

Agree with you Charlemagne about babes moving on being a win win situation

when charle said it's a win win he meant it's a win win for us, the viewer and babestation, not necessarily the channel she's leaving, in this case s66, which i think is what you're inferring by agreeing with him. personally i think caty leaving can only be seen as a massive loss.

i wonder will jamie read my post and realise what a big mistake he's making!

Although I agree with your above remarks, I do feel that the way St66 are doing it far too halfhearted. The odd half an hour from Emma C every few weeks, or an hour or 2 from Cara Brett every 3-4 weeks is crazy. Now these incredibly hot babes go topless, and dont appear to mind doing the late shows, for god's sake use them more..... Put them on for a good 3-4 hour show, maybe once a week. Same with Tara, they gave her one nights show like 4 months ago, then nothing.... Why?

Seems crazy to meHuh

Yes that is what I was inferring, it's a win win situation for the viewers and not necessarily the channel.

Agree with you about caty cole leaving being a massive loss, but it is a loss they can recover from. Regarding Clare Richards that will be a lose lose as when she does leave s66, i get the impression she's going to leave the babeshows altogether and not go to another channel
I'm surprised that no one sees the signing of Lucy and Yas as the catalyst for this. In a way they replaced Caty & Lilly before they left. The night roster lacked numbers, which we've pointed out a few times, but they then announced the US show and reducing to 2 UK girls per night. If Lucy, Yas, Olivia, Hannah, Jade Adele, Clare, Jenn, Jenna and Sophia become their main girls and heart of the roster, it's not a bad group for a 2 channel S66UK night show to be built around. The US show takes up one slot, but it doesn't mean they lose money by not having 3 UK girls.

I always thought Caty was going to retire, but she hasn't yet, she may well do after a few big pay cheques Tongue Lilly is the one girl that we know was unhappy with the producers and other girls and has now joined a more professional company. Ashley grew stale and her call rates fell at s66, so that is better for her and s66.

Surprised. I agree with you Rammy Surprised.
Someone call 999. Me and Rammy are not allowed to agree on anything S66 related Big GrinBounce.
A simple round up...

Caty leaving will be good for BS if she gets more calls than any other girls on BS, which she may well do, but there might not be much difference between her and another model because they get alot of calls regardless. I'd suggest the girls that do best on BS are good at dealing with alot of calls, which is different to on other channels where there are less viewers and callers. Lori will probably still dominate BS because she is relentless, a Terminator T69 when it comes to calls.

Caty joining BS will be good for viewers, because she can probably perform there.

Caty leaving s66 will not destroy s66. They don't have BS style call jams anyway, so new girls can build their fan base, while Lucy, Yas and other regulars keep up the trade Caty may once have had, on fewer channels than when Caty was at her peak.
