someone mentioned budgets for arrow and flash, arrow does not need has much cgi than the flash does, I think they save the major cgi production for the major eps like when flash battling grodd. I think shows should get in touch with the people who did the evil dead remake has they did all the stuff in camera with no or little cgi, they hired an illusionist to show them how to do certain scenes.

Here's a little news on Season 4 of Arrow the season will have a lighter tone compared to the previous seasons especially with season 3 which was because of the death of Sara and it will have a little more humour but they won't change the over all tone of the show. Will post more news about season 4 when they release more information.

At the CW event its all but been confirmed that for season 4 that Diggle will be getting some kind of mask or even suit to hide his identity.

Harley Quinn was supposed to have a big story arc in Arrow the idea was dropped as DC/Warner Bros had other plans for her in the Suicide Squad film. I do feel tha was dunb of them to drop her as. small screen and big screen characters don't share the same universe and are separate.

I think the crossovers will happen once supergirl has establish itself on cbs since arrow is getting a lighter tone to the show. the ending of the flash season finale leaves it open to alien characters from the dc world to make appearance like green lanterns, martian manhunter.

there is also titans soon to be on tnt. just imagine a series finale combining the arrow, flash, legends, supergirl and titan aired at the same time across the 3 channels. it would the small screen version of the avengers.

If you read my previous post i already said that the tone of season 4 of Arrow was gonna be different and that for the time being Supergirl wouldn't cross with Arrow or with The Flash for time being untill Supergirl finds its feet as show. If you read my posts i stated that CW and CBS are part of Warner Bros and Greg Berlanti production company does all three shows so yeah it will cross over at some point but just not yet.
