The father returning isn't gonna be flash back or flashpoint, the mother retuning I think will be a flashback. There was a post I made a few days where Stephen Amell posted a pic of himself in his old costume from season 1 but the pic he took was during filming in season 5 my guess is for the 100th Ep which is also the crossover Ep so probably his father, mother and Laurel will appear in that Ep.
