I don't it's Quentin as they already that Ep with them making you believe he was prometheus, Laurel is way too short to be Prometheus, Tommy possibly but one it's too oblivious and secondly the actor is in another show unless they took a leaf of what they did with Zoom and it's two different people playing the role until there unmasked. The clue that Oliver said was when Prometheus did that flip and he said a woman taught him how to do that move in Russia the woman in question I know who it is. My guess is Prometheus is something to do with the flashbacks and things that happened I wouldn't be surprised if it was Dolph Lundgren.
I did think they would probably want to use Dolph more than they did, I'd be happy with that.
I'm looking forward to that woman showing up, I love the actress, have done since Andromeda

would be fantastic if it was Dolph Lundgren's character that was Prometheus. maybe that's how he agreed to do arrow. that he would be the big bad of season 5

I've just seen an extended promo for season 5 Episode 10 and it does reveal who Laurel is but won't post it for spoilers. Was one of my theories when it was announced that Katie Cassidy had signed a new deal to appear on all CW Shows.
Arrow is back Jan 25 in the states.
It's not a new deal it's some thing that was done ages ago she's a similar contact to what Wentworth Miller and what John Barrowman are on where they appear on different CW shows, I did post this several months ago.
It's official confirmed that Actor Michael Dorn who played on Star Trek Next Generation and DS9 and is the voice of Prometheus, one thing about CW they always get perfect voice actors Tony Todd with Zoom, Tobin Bell with Alchemy/Savitar.
