Ep 21 will be titled “Docket No. 11-19-41-73.” now this features a return of a character which I won’t spoil who but I know who it is, people are gonna really happy when see who it is, here’s the Synopsis:

The pressure mounts for Oliver (Stephen Amell) who begins to wonder if he will lose everything in his battle to save Star City. A familiar face returns.

The reason for the odd title is that it’s a reference More Fun Comics #73, which featured the first appearance of Green Arrow thr date of which was 11-19-41.

As this is a non spoiler I don’t wanna give away too much but things good from to worse for Oliver, it seems like everything is against with Ricardo Diaz tightening his grip on the city no matter what Oliver does the Diaz is one step ahead of him. Something happens and let’s just say there’s a cameo and very familiar face which I didn’t see coming, remember when Stephen Amell was post pics of his different Arrow costumes which he posted on social media a couple months ago which I shared on here let’s just say they play a part in this Ep again I won’t spoil why, as for the ending poor Oliver......
