See I had both Felicity's cop boyfriend and Adrian as suspects for it, settling on Adrian, as he seemed off and in the right place at the right time.
I thought Vigilante might have been Tommy, but I'm now thinking it could be Curtis' husband, I'm not sure why (maybe something happened in his job, isn't he a doctor of some sorts), also my thinking is that he's angry with Curtis for getting in the way, hence the divorce.
Second would Captain Pike, now I've seen more of him, I think it would be interesting to have a cop being the vigilante, seeing Oliver as betraying his office and not trusting him for defending the Arrow, so making him his target.

It's definitely not Captain Pike all I can say is watch this space and things are gonna get a lot worse for Oliver.
