Just got a reply off new actress on season 7 of the show, she’ll be playing one of the three Longbow Hunters sent by Ricardo Diaz to go after Oliver and Team arrow. She will be playing the comic villain Red Dart, she said “All three of us have had so much so far”. I think weee gonna be in for a treat this season.

^^^ it all happened by accident I was posting stuff about season 7 then I noticed someone replied with a blue tick and I checked out who she was I realised she’s gonna be in season 7 as one of new villains.

The Description for Ep 4 titled “Level Two” Season 7:

Oliver (Stephen Amell) makes a drastic move in his quest to find Diaz (Kirk Acevedo). Like her husband, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) pulls out all the stops to get to Diaz. Meanwhile, when arsonists target Rene’s (Rick Gonzalez) community center, injuring Zoe (guest star Eliza Faria) in the process, the mysterious new Green Arrow swoops in to help save the day. Faced with pressure from the mayor to capture the vigilante, Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) must decide if following the rules at all costs is the best plan to keep the city safe.

I think Ep 9 “Hour Two” is in reference to second part of Elseworlds Crossover. The Arrow season 7 Premiere starts on This Tuesday on the 23rd at 8pm on Sky1HD.
