Secondly the character isn't coming if you actually the stuff to with what's going on the writers said she isn't coming back there qutoe was once she's dead she's gonna stay dead no coming back.

Yes I mentioned it in the flash thread because black siren is appearing in the flash. You are right, the arrow writers have said laurel isn't coming back & there will be no more of Laurel Lance on arrow.
I mentioned it here as its my theory to how laurel could come back in arrow. Is very unlikely
At some point there will be a new Black Canary but it will be someone else.
