Hating Grand Theft Auto 4, i thought i would give the another try and after 15 mins it was out of my PS3 again. Graphic wise its really good even after all this time but where the totally falls apart is one its not as fun as the previous GTA games, poor AI, poor control over the main character and worse of all the car handling is terrible. Now GTA V looks good but if they don't fix the AI and controls then i won't be bothering with it and how IGN at the time gave GTA 4 ten of ten i shall never know lol, games like Saints Row and even Sleeping Dogs even that isn't totally roaming were a lot better.

I learnt a long time ago not to trust the views of the gamer websites/magazines. Freebies, financial handshakes and bankable favours can all change the mind of a reviewer bladewave
If I am not sure about a game I tend to look at reviews from gamers on Amazon or somewhere similar. Sure some of the ones who rave about every aspect of a game may well be connected to the developers but I ignore these and look to the reviews that give plus and negative points to base my decision on. Alternatively, my local Blockbuster remains open so if not sure I will also rent a game out for 5 nights

Totally agree with you i do the something, aha i tend to do is hunt around for demo's the game and try it out for myself or i just take the risk and buy the game anyway if i can get it for a good price. There's been a few games that media have hated and i've enjoyed them.
I am currently not playing or enjoying GTA Vice City as its taking so damn long to download off the PSN but I have been loving San Andreas which is a lot more fun than a lot of new games and also has the most awesome cast of voice characters in any game!
I recently got Red Dead Redemption after my mate was nagging and telling me how good it is, i know it's been out for a few years but it's absolutely brilliant. Rockstar always get a high vote from me. Can't wait for Red Dead 2 now Smile

I hope your name tag is slightly exaggerated. It must be awkward using a controller one handed while playing a video game laugh
NBA 2K13 Wii U (Demo)
Far Cry 3 at the mo. It's wicked. Like a mix of Crysis, Red Dead Redemption, and Mercenaries.
Playing the demo of The Cave on the Wii U, quite a enjoyable game.
currently playing dead space 1 and 2, getting ready for dead space 3 this friday
