Back on Mario Kart 8 again but playing it on a harder level.
Bayonetta 2 the game is a masterpiece not only are the graphics stunning but also the sound, music and gameplay. You would be mistaken to think that because the game looks Japanese in origin that you would be getting a kids game far from it the game has tons of gory and blood and theres tons of sexually content with female character appearing naked or close shots of her ass and crotch. It takes what made the first game so great and improves upon big time the storyline is a crazy as every and the humour and sexual innuendoes leave little to the imagination. The combo system is very complex yet very easy to pull off and make your own combos up, you can unlock and upgrade your character making you even more powerful, also its not a very easy game it starts off that way but gets a lot harder as you go along.
There tons of goodies to unlock in the game where you can unlock Nintendo related items like princess peach, Samus (Metroid), Link and Fox McCloud outfits each outfit does something different so if your wearing Peaches outfit you collect mario coins instead rings which Bayonetta collects it even has the same sound effects of the coins you collect in Mario this is just of the different things the nintendo outfits do different things.
You can play the game on the gamepad or if your finding the controls hard or the combs you can use touch screen controls, plus with the special edition it comes with a copy of the first game well worth picking up and playing whether your a fan or played the game before Smile.
Just started playing again Injustice Gods Among Us: Ultimate Edition on the PS4, had the Wii U version but had to pick this up to get the extra dlc content and it cheap second hand only thing is i have to relearn the moves again Sad.
Having not played Destiny for several weeks started playing again and thoroughly enjoying it again. It really does become a different game once you achieve level 20 onwards
Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. Just played the first couple of SP campaign missions and loving it so far. Has a feel of the first CoD games for me though there are one or two nice, unique touches that gives the gameplay an interesting angle. With the exo suits there is a similarity to Titanfall to some extent, but only in that you can jump higher than normal and jump off buildings while cushioning the fall through use of jump jets. Very cool. If you don't have an xbox of course then there is nothing to compare this element to.
Its still more of a grunt v grunt battle for all the gadgetry and big machines which is no bad thing and for anyone who isn't into futuristic shooters, well it's really only set a few years in the future and has a realistic feel to the settings.
The induction sets the scene and breaks you into the various game functions quite nicely. Graphically it's quite vibrant and colourful and is more akin to Black Ops in style than to Ghosts which a good thing in my book. Only had a quick blast online but so far no lag from over worked server though I suppose it's early days yet. So far it's looking to be the CoD game that's been missing from the franchise for a few years.
Still playing Injustice: Gods Among Us and playing as The Arrow.
Advanced Warfare ( on PS3 )
I'm really not sure where to start so I'll start with the negatives towards basic in-game features.
-The first and most annoying part, is that the voice chat is not working correctly. I've had this before with COD where only the party leader can fully communicate with other party members, it's really annoying and gets in the way for clan tactics.
-Also, there's no function to join other's quickly through the game itself, other than using PSN which is slow and painful.
-Joining parties fails frequently and can take several attempts.
You have to mute players individually without the handy option (given in BO2) to mute everyone in one click outside of your party.
These points above can easily be fixed with annoying updates, but ffs how long does it actually take to get the game right the first time round Rolleyes

As for the general game play, I'm not going to pass too much comment just yet because I want to give it a fair shake first. I will say this though, on first impressions I'm not totally blown away unfortunately.
I do like the new jumping suits, I find this to be quite a neat, new little feature along with having different score streaks available for each class, as oppose to an overall score streak.

So yeah it's different, possibly not so much in a good way but it's still early days yet so I'll keep plugging away for now and let the game fully unfold Smile
Perhaps I'm enjoying it because I didn't bother with Ghosts. I hired it for a week and did not like it. For me this has a better feel than its predecessor. Love the exosuits and the range of weapons. My version is on the PS4 and after the drought of next gen games its great to see one living up to the promise. Beautiful hi-res graphics. Gameplay wise it feels familiar but with enough of a difference to make it somehow seem fresh. This is no criticism either. Evolution rather than revolution.
Currently playing The Crew beta demo which i was given a code by Ubisoft not a bad game at all, but there a couple problems i have noticed with game tho it doesn't quite look like a game thats running on a next gen console, the cars handlt very sluggish and heavy i know you start off with off early cars and they need and can be upgraded to improve the performance but never the less it does feel like a issue with game but the more you play it you do end up getting used to it.
Where the game does shine is how much you can customise the cars its almost as in depth as customising on game like Gran Turismo, a lot of promise but needs work on game.
I asw a few clips of this game, didn't look next gen at all, looks like a game that will be in the bargain bins in a few months from what i saw.
