Started playing Metroid Prime on the Wii U, i first played the game many years ago on the Gamecube. Feels so much better now being in wide screen and using the Wii remote and nuchuck.

been playing it too. cant say im that impressed with the controls they seem a bit clunky on pc whether your using mouse and keyboard or a controller.
looks very nice though and im diggin the play zombi multiplayer much more fluid than the humans parkour.

I know where you are coming from. I'm playing on the PS4 and have to say I have mixed feelings with it. It really is next gen graphics wise but the controls are, like you say too clunky. When chased by a horde of zombies you don't want to be having to navigating your way through a side menu to decide whether to use a weapon or a medkit. The parkour element is ok but nowhere near as impressive as in Titanfall.
The game itself is decent enough but nothing really special that hasn't been seen before and I'm not sure if I will keep coming back to this game. The one element I do like is the way the zombies change from being relatively harmless in daylight to becoming enraged and berserk as it gets dark (hence the games title). There are moments of real tension as you try to find a safe house while evading the rampaging zombie horde.
One other thing that pissed me off with Shadows of Mordor is when your taking on a Warlord and then they run off half way through a battle you try running after them and you can never catch them as they seem to run faster then The Flash, you can't use arrows to slow them down on some Warlords as it doesn't effect them wtf.
Driveclub: Will do until Project Cars arrive and whups its frustrating ass.
Dying Light: Annoying and souless
Assassins Creed Unity: A good game now its fixed.
Battlefield Hardline beta: Amazing and can't wait for the official release
Currently playing Resident Evil HD Remastered on PS4, i had Resident Evil Remake for the Gamecube and still have but i had to get this with graphics remastered and sound and also get the choice of new controls well worth picking up to play.
Also playing the Battlefield Hardline Open Beta on the PS4 and really enjoying it too.
well i managed to finish dying light. im surprised it actually turned into a decent survival story. but like bytor says theres very little replay value or reason to continue playing 1s the main story is complete.
7/10 for what it is.
just started again on skyrim... damn i just cant stop adding mods to it and running through the whole thing again.
this will be the 4th play through, but because of the modding options it still feels relatively fresh. lots of nice high rez textures, player scripted missions, more weapons and armour. it just keeps on getting better.
even added a hypothermia mod where if you jump in a river you have minutes to get out, get dry or your freeze to death lol...
still 1 if the best games i have played in the last few years. 9/10

as i have a lot of spare time on my hands (recovering from hip surgery. that was fun!) ive been playing a lot of games lately, RE remastered is on my list.
seen hardline on origin but since bf4 failed to engage me i just dont think its gonna be worth the time and effort to download.
i did play the earlier version and lost interest after about 20 mins. reminded me to much of payday/the heist.
Currently playing Alien Isolation and it is doing my head in, it's the slowest game ever!
lol. it does start off pretty slow. i got it about 5 weeks ago and have played a grand total of about 50 mins the first day and iv'e not touched it since.
if you do finish it before i do feel free to let us know how it turns out.
Curently playing Call of Duty Advanced Warefare Online and i never thought i would ever hear myself say this but am really enjoying it.
