WW2

A nice addition to the COD series but definitely not without some flaws as always.
The multiplayer games seem to be rather hit and miss (pun intended). Ranging from being virtually invincible in one match to getting an absolute hiding in the next Rolleyes
I'm not keen on the headquarters part either, it's just time consuming and fucking annoying.
Certain elements of the menus seem to have been changed just for the sake of change, with little or no improvement - lame IMO.
Zombies seems decent enough although I haven't done much yet. So with the multiplayer inconsistencies that's starting to look ever more favourite.

I completed WW2 in the new year & tbh I quite liked it & thought it was better than the last 2 COD games with a welcome return to the much grittier feeling of WW2 rather than the futuristic setting of the previous two games.I thought the graphics were top drawer particular the facial animations although I hadn't played any of the multiplier options I did play solo play on zombies modes which I'd say have been beefed up in terms of content compared to previous games.
Having mainly played the campaign mode the main negatives I found were the sections where you control a turret (a very slow one at that) & have to shoot down the various planes before they drop bombs on you.Being a bit of a sniper rifle freak my favourite levels (mainly the clock tower one) were where you have to clear paths for your team-mates to escape by snipering away at the swathes of enemies.
Rating-wise it was 8/10 game for me.
An oldie but very very goodie

Thief Gold by Looking Glass Studios.

Third person game where you are a character called Garrett - a thief. Enemies are : Guards, Zombies, Hammerites and Hammer Haunts to name a few.

For such an old game a few of the levels are genuinely scary to play.

Currently enjoying Fifa 18 on my new ps4 pro

Amazing game. I always nod along to the music whilst playing, like a nutter!
I'm playing a lot of Stardew Valley on the switch. It's nice to play a relaxing, chilled out game after raging on Fifa and Doom lately!
