Highest UK infection rate is Selby, that's the place, not the snooker player Mark Selby, who isn't actually from Selby, he's from Leicester, but ex S66 babe Lara Rose aka Rose White, is actually from Selby, but I believe not currently living there now, which owing to the high infection rate, is a good thing, & also, I don't know if anybody here has ever been, but it's not that great.
^ I remember the Abbey and not much else other than the Selby coalfield.
Testing of blood samples from an Italian Cancer study between September 2019 and March 2020 has detected Covid19 Antibodies in 111 of 959 samples....
Of the 111 +ve samples, 23 were from September 2019, 27 were from October 2019, 26 were from November 2019 and 11 were from December 2019.
The first known +ve sample was from September 3rd, meaning that the virus was circulating in Italy in late August.
It was previously thought that Italy's first known cases involved 2 Chinese tourists in January 2020.

The figures today were lower with 1649 case and only 1 death (even though it's sad to lose that person).
But these will be weekend figures, where a lot of details haven't been reported.
At least the figures are low even for the weekend.
