Cummins says he has 'acted reasonably'

How? He has flouted lockdown rules
Hope Starmer forces a no confidence vote in Govt if Boris doesn't sack Cummings at next PMQ's
^Wouldn't Starmer have to have a majority of MP's behind him to pass a vote of no confidence.
At present the government have an 80 seat majority.
I reckon Starmer could probably reach out to the other parties to help him out the longer this crisis and situation goes on

Doubt it he would have to get 80 + tory mps to do that and no way in hell they would do that and if they thought they would lose that cummings would be gone in an hour
prob make him a lord lol
Notwithstanding Cumming's personal shortcomings I want him on post.
A few months ago he was laying into the civil service:
No one gets sacked, no one minds if they lose millions, they don't come to work on Fridays....
He didn't mention but he could have added the way they award themselves Knighthoods for turning up.
When we all moan about the Government being unable to organise a piss up in our brewery remember they run it. If he's keen to give them a kick up the arse then good but that means he has to stay.
New Government logo - seems appropriate Tongue

I reckon the press won't let go of this until Cummings is on a spit and roasting and probably would want Johnson's government to fall apart
The Sunday Mirror & Observer are reporting tomorrow that Cummings was seen back in Durham 2 days after he had returned to work in Downing Street as well as being seen in Barnard Castle 30 miles from his parents home when he was up there the first time. Both events breach lockdown rules

Mirror Online report
I would have thought Barnard castle can't have been that far from his parent's home, but surly the police would have had his movements tracked and noted, but certainly he has caused a stand off between Downing Street and the police force at large and I would no be surprised if the police end up stopping enforcing virus guidelines over this

That def would show that as far as he is concerned - there is one rule for us and one rule for them and one one rule for himself.
I doubt for one minute he could have sought help from someone in the NHS to move his child to His parents once he and his partner tested positive thus negating him driving from London to Durham
