I heard of one girl at BS who turned up for work even though her partner had it. She was sent home pretty sharpish but then blamed other employees for her not being allowed to work in the studio. To be honest I’d have sacked her on the spot. Most that I’ve heard of getting COVID have been very responsible when it comes to work.

Oh and some girls definitely cannot work from home on a regular basis due to their personal circumstances - I mean who wants grandma to hear you giving JOI to a caller laugh
There's a story in the FT saying that some UK companies are wanting to make covid vaccinations mandatory.
^ Highly possible some firms could be asking for proof of vaccination before hiring apparently.

Any stipulation towards current employees is likely to face a legal challenge the papers are saying. As it would go against existing contracts.

Discrimination of the individual up against the rights of society at large to be protected. A very interesting conundrum.

one of the gov top lawyers says its ok but only for new contracts that people know about before they go for a job, and even then it would have to not count for people who cant have it for medical reasons or young people who may not have had there turn at getting the jab yet,
Would firms onlymake it mandatory or compulsory for employees to have vaccinations - if government suddenly switched tack and made vaccinations compulsory?? I'm still not having vaccine because i feel more comfortable with having just flu jab every year than the covid one, and if reports that some 40's group will be offered theirs now, probably might mean my age group (50's+) probably gets pushed down the lina alittle further and probably could about july/Aug before I may be offered it and have a feeling suppllies might even be low then and may have to wait further still. Even soindividuals rights over vaccine should still be protected.

If it was stpulated that you had to confirm having it in a application form for a job you was applying for would it put you off applying for it?

Whoever it was, was being very irresponsible. Whether it should be a sackable offence or not is another thing entirely, but at least BS acted pretty swiftly to protect others, she should hve known she had to isolate for 10 days and then get negative test. I don't know if the girls are regularly tested or not by the channels i can only assume they are. if not, they should be.

Can't you just wear a mask when posting Tongue

And wash your hands first obviously.

And pro-tip, if you keep an anti-bac hand gel near the computer, DON'T mix it up with the lube, that shit stings Bounce
