I know that if I were to call up and the camera went over to the mic babe for 3 or 4 mins, I would be pissed off at not being able to see what's happening.
People are still calling though. Otherwise BS would have removed some of the ads and stuff by now.
Perhaps if you're on the phone talking/listening, then following the "conversation" would have your attention more than what's happening on screen.
Although, me being someone who's never called any of the shows, I could just be talking a load of BS.
Too expensive for me to call, unfortunately. I went into the bank a few weeks ago and inquired about a loan. The manager(ess) asked me what the loan was for.
Me - "A phone call"
Her - "Who are you calling, Sydney?"
Me - "No, I don't watch Sexstation much. No, I wanna call Gracie on Daytime, but I can't afford it; what with all the utilities, food, cat toys and stuff. So I wanna loan for £50.
Her - "£50? Our minimum is for £500.
Me -"Hmm... No, I'll leave it. Chances are when I call the web-feed'll go down anyway. Never mind."
So I left it at that. If I win the lottery, then I might call. Otherwise I'll leave it to those who can afford it.
I go for the cheap option of "speaking" to babes on Facebook and Twitter, anyway.
