The new brigade are breathing fresh life into the nightshows.
Not seemingly poisoned by an anti freeloader mentality helps. Generally they seem eager to please and put on a show.
Much less evident primadonna feel about the newer babes on the block.
Agree, the new brigade are breathing new life into the shows and yes a less evident primadonna feel with them and are eager to please and put on a show unlike the veterans who just seek to do enough to bring in the calls
Yeah Nicole's hair did get caught in Kerrie-Lee's earrings when they went for a hug.
The twins & Ashley were so cold towards Nicole & Kerrie-Lee it was quite uncomfortable to watch! This behaviour although unacceptable any time is imo seriously unprofessional & promotes the channel in a very negative way!

At least it wasn't her pubic hair
Just to add a little balance to this conversation it doesn't help new staff integrate if they treat more experienced colleagues disrespectfully by leaving the studio in a disgraceful and dangerous state or demand special treatment. All staff should show respect to each other.
All organisations have to deal with new staff and the culture of an organisation comes from the top. I don't see that BS are strong enough in setting out the standards of behaviour they expect on and off screen.
Yeah but the new comers have definately made Ashley Emma up her game though

Oh yes.
And snookered is ridiculously happy about it

What did they do? What was disgraceful and dangerous? Sounds awful.
Didn't catch the change overs last night, but generally when I've seen them recently I sometimes perceive frostiness between babes on BS
Well I'm not exactly busom buddies with some of my work colleagues, I sure wouldn't be hugging or kissing them Happy New Year
Nature of any workplace really
I wonder what BS's Bullying Policy states? In most workplaces' anti-bullying policies, excluding colleagues constitutes bullying.
