Or more pointedly. Friday and Saturday night = loads of pissed blokes not spotting the charges
should be a standard rate of 50p landline and mobile, cut out the crazy connection fee (which is the biggest ripoff) then calls should go up 5fold = even more money, and you shouldnt be charged for waiting which sometimes last 10/15 minutes.
don't forget that bs don't run the phones them self's
They will lose custom at those prices
you can spend a fiver before you get
through to a girl

Yeah, that's going to work isn't it?
They're not going to make any money from the listeners if all they need to do is join the queue and get it for free.
anyone who rings customer services may as well open the wallet and tip it down the drain...
It is not from the caller talking to the girl on screen where they make the most of their money it is from the callers who cannot get through to the on screen babe whether they wait in a queue or not
These same old arguments have been going on for 5 years now. Moaning won't do anything to change it. If you feel so strongly then simply don't call.
BS and all the other channels don't care as that is how they are make money....most punters who call are aware of the costs before they call. I suppose the channels could argue with some justification that the callers pay the price for all those who watch and never call
Lower cost calls mean more callers
so everyone wins
BS are not daft. They will know precisely what happens to call rates and income levels when they use different pricing and they'll also be able to monitor call volumes by the day of the week and the time within the day. They also monitor call volumes and length of call for each girl to make sure that they maximise revenue.
Noticed this in another thread :
(thanks to Dan Volatile)
What a good idea to advertise the time each babe is going to be on screen.
Wonder why they stopped doing this.
Even if they didn't stick to it religiously, it's better than having no idea.
