Oh and finally the Better Together team are a bunch of swindling corrupted bullys. They summoned all the major big companys to 10 Downing Street to play the dirtiest tactics going.

I'll never shop at Asda's again, I'll be boycotting that supermarket, they won't be getting a penny more of my money after taking a bribe threatening to leave Scotland if the result is Yes.

It's also no coincidence that Asda is owned by walmart who just so happen to be located in America.

Better Together should be renamed Better For England.

Shame on you Mr Cameron, I always knew you were a 2 faced cunt annoyed
While i do not blame the scots for wanting to go it alone, i would,nt trust Salmond as far as i could throw him.
I am Irish and I believe that any group of people who feel they are entitled to independence should be granted that independence without any argument or vote required. Whoever doesn't want to be part of the independent state should just fuck off and go live outside it

What you mean is Better For London. England as a country doesn't benefit any more than Scotland.

Well as much as I agree with your sentiments I'd rather go down the route of the ballet paper. It means that no blood has to be shed.

I shudder to think what the aftermath of this result will bring as you can cut tension with a knife up here. Effectively we are in a World Cup Final and on the brink of making history.

The next 24 hours is going to be an extremely stressful time for me. I'm very proud to be Scottish and if the result is no I'll be on my knees devastated.

One chance - Lets take it ImportantImportantImportantImportantImportantImportant
I wonder how many spoiled ballots there will be.

Don't forget, it's a tick for Yes, a cross for No. Big Grin

Why, though? I find it hard to take someone seriously when they base a sense of pride around the place in the world where their mother just happened to push them out. Dr Johnson was maybe on to something when he said that patriotism is the last refuge of scoundrels.

I did have to resist the urge to change the options to
"Aye, fuck it, why not?" and
"NO, NO, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, NO!" when casting my postal vote.Wink
If the will of the Scottish people is for independence then so be it and good luck. However, a vote to sever the ties of political union also severs those of monetary union. This isn't an ala carte menu from which Alex Salmond can pick and choose from.

If an independent Scotland is set to be the 14th richest country in the world (I assume the SNP is basing that claim on a per capita basis) then why don't Salmond have the confidence to set up a new currency?
This is going to be my final word on this subject before Friday.

Scottishbloke, you keep talking about "The English". You're suggesting excessive hatred towards England and that's the wrong idea for this referendum. It's also not about having a chance to "kick a Tory government out of our country". This referendum would be taking place regardless of which party was in power of the UK. Please, stop turning this in to a 13th Century style bloodbath - that's not what this is about. You keep talking about Xenophobia from England - but it sounds to me at times like Anglophobia towards my country, I find some of your comments really insulting. Remember the number of Scottish people who have led the UK or been in major positions in government in the UK. It's not about "England's greed" or "England's envy". The UK is made up of many countries, cultures and lifestyles. Does it not register at all that this will affect ALL of the UK, not just England and Scotland? I have friends and work colleagues who are Scottish - I have no ill feeling towards Scotland whatsoever - you shouldn't have ill feeling towards England either - that's not what this vote is about.

Can you 100 % say that Alex Salmond, Nicola Sturgeon and Blair Jenkins are on the level? "Dirty tactics" as you put it, can be associated to every single politician there is - not just a Tory government. Every politician has some skeletons in the closet - even your beloved Salmond, trust me.

Let's get it over with now, I'm sick to death of it all - it will hopefully all come out in the wash on Friday. bladewave
