The more I watch about this, the more unconvincing David Cameron is about keeping the Union, the more I hope they do vote Yes.

Would this vote be as close if Charles Kennedy was proposing it?
First things first - I have 2 banners displayed on my front window which says vote yes. Just incase anybody on this forum had any doubts as to which way I'll be voting.

Right so today I see Westminster made all I could say as a last ditch act of desperation offering us devo max. Thats all fine and well but it doesn't change the fact that ultimately our destiny still won't be in our hands.

Fact - In the last General Election only 1 torie got voted into parliament from the Scottish people. It's a disgrace that we should be ruled by a Conservative Government.

I have always been a staunch SNP supporter, I've always voted for them, they have always been upfront that their ultimate goal is for an Independent Scotland.

Fact - Scotland alone will be richer than the rest of the UK put together, we have all the resources and have long been the envy of the English people.

Fact - We will be one of the main players in the European Union, nobody will dictate to us, it'll be the other way around.

Lastly I find it an insult to my nation that anybody should suggest that we can't go it alone. The English are terrified, hence the reason for all the last minute deals.

I feel sorry for the English people when we leave the Union as they will be stuck with the likes of Cameron, Clegg, Miliband and Farage with his party of con men Cool

I don't think many have had doubts. But of those who have, how many are likely to find themselves walking past your front window in the near future, do you think?

Care to share the source of these 'facts'?

Or are they just facts because you say they are........ otherwise known as rhetoric.
Like many Scots I've been left extremely pissed off with the coverage from the biased BBC, they are supposed to be impartial, they aren't, all I've seen from them is smear campaigns in support of the Union.

The Silent Majority to answer your question, if you do your research you'll see that Scotland is worth Billions hence the reason the English don't want to lose us because in effect we could bankrupt them.

Also interesting to note how America doesn't want Scotland to become Independent, in other words known as Big Brother who always sends its Little Brother into illegal wars in order that they can profit financially from it.

No thanks Rolleyes

Other reasons why...................Big Grin

All this burbling about oil wealth seems very avaricious. I liked the Scots more when they were parsimonious and God-fearing and austere. :-(

That doesn't answer my question, it sidesteps it.
If you want to convince me to vote yes, show me the source of your 'facts'.
Both of them.
