This is a good question. I'd say that Scottish members will still be able to come here despite it's the UK babes channels, because after all people like me from Ireland have always been allowed in. I've seen quite a number of Irish posters here.
If Scotland votes in favour of independence, I quite seriously think a campaign should be started to change UK babes channels to UK and Scotland and Ireland babes channels.

of course they can as the majority are on sky and can be viewed anywhere in europe with the right equipment. im guessing the scottish goverment would keep the same rules as ofcom have now towards freeview because how puritan are the SNP because they could stop the channels broadcasting on freeview as they would have access to the the transmitters in scotland
An independent Scotland would recognise all existing licenses to broadcast, so the question only arises in the case of any new babe channels starting.
I've been mulling this question over now for some time but I've decided that I'll definitely be voting Yes come September 18th. My reasons are very clear. Firstly because of pride and honour. Also I have reason to believe that an Independent Scotland will make us the richest Country in Europe.
As it Stands Scotland owns 60% of the North Sea Oil with Norway owning the other 40% We also have great trade in the Whisky and fishing industry too. In a population of just over 5 million we'd be loaded with money + it means an end of Torie rule who are thoroughly hated up here.
Also just what is there to stay for being part of the Union. A Miliband led alternative Government, fuck that, I'd take Salmond over the half wits currently in or in the future of being in charge. Also as it stands the UK has the worst NHS system in the whole of Europe, not to mention the cost of living which has not gone up with inflation.
Not to mention too the amount of unskilled immigrants being given access to the UK just to come and take the jobs of the British who have contributed nothing to the economy. They come across here only to fuck back to their own Country (ie Poland) with a Kings ransom whilst unemployment continues to grow. Fuck that, I'm fed up with successive UK Governments raping its own in order to exploit cheap Labour.
An independent Scotland will have to abide by the same laws of free movement in Europe as the rest of the UK and if, as you say, they are a rich country that will only make it a more attractive destination for the 'economic migrants.'

No it won't - because an independent Scotland won't be in Europe - at least to start with.
An independent Scotland can apply for membership of the EU, but it would take some time.
