[While at The First Bank of Springfield which is full of people queuing up, Bart enters looking to cause some mischief]

Bart: [laughing evilly] ha, ha, ha.
[Bart puts on a fake accent walks to a man and woman waiting in the queue] What do you mean, the bank is out of money?! [The man and woman look around shocked, while Bart quickly walks away.]

[Bart then goes around to another man in a different part of the queue, put on another fake accent]
Bart: Insolvent! [The man eyes widen]

[Bart then goes behind Superintendent Gary Chalmers and other woman wearing glasses and once again puts on another fake accent]
Bart: You only have enough money for the next 3 customers!!
[Chalmers and the woman look at each other]

[Bart's antics have proved all too much for some people waiting in the queue, as they all lunge forward and start hammering on the bank's windows demanding answers; with one guy getting crushed against the glass window. The bank manager comes out to calm down the situation]
The First Bank of Springfield bank manager: No, no, just wait a second here, no, no, I don't have your money here [stammers, points randomly] it's in Bill's house and, and, and Fred's house.
Moe: [to a random guy named Fred] Hey, what the hell your doing with my money in your house, Fred [punches him, knocking him out]

[A brawl then breaks out with random people punching each other. Bart then leaves, happy at the trouble he has cause]

Stewie: [walking out of his office] Uh, Brian, there you are, er, can I talk to you about something?
Brian: Er, yeah what is it?
