Ep 10 “Despite Yourself”

A welcome return to the show the Ep directed by Jonathan Frakes did a fantastic job. All I can say there in certain place where if your Star Trek fan your gonna love.
We finally get the reveal of Tyler which for me was a little too oblivious I was expecting some kind of twist naturally there is a consequence for this action.
What I love about the show is it’s willing to take risks so no one is safe but the down side which holds it back like the other Star Trek shows is it can be a little too obvious and predictable. Other then that fantastic Ep looking fir are to Ep 11.
^^^ There’s a particular scene that happens that’s very reminiscent of the film Man of Steel, you’ll see what I mean when you see the scene in question lol.
Here’s a theory what if the emperor in the mirror universe is Phillipa Georgiou played by Michelle Yeoh it would interest if this was the case to how Michael Burnham would react again just a theory.
Is Captain Lorca actually originally from the Mirror Universe?

I've had my suspicions ever since he insisted upon making one last jump and then fiddled with console controls for seemingly no reason.

It'd be a great plot twist, if so.
He's got the rep of being a bit of a war monger, so it would be interesting.
Ep 11 “The Wolf Inside” Season 1

Don’t wanna give away too much but wow what a Ep, we finally get more answers and cat is finally out the bag with Tyler. As for my theory in my post 73..........
Notice at the end of the Ep 11 “The Wolf Inside” that Captain Lorca has a smile on his face for a brief second, watch this space......
Ep 12 “Vaulting Ambition”

If you thought the twist in the previous was big wait till you see the twist in this Ep, All tho most people saw it coming when truth is finally revealed at the end of the Ep. This weeks Ep is much shorter Ep at only 37 mins long, as for the fate of Tyler is still unknown and as for Captain Lorca...........,
Word of warning there’s something that happens and that I wouldn’t recommend eating in these two scenes that happen in this Ep lol, roll on Ep 13.
There have been good twists revealed in the show so far but takes the shine off it is when they are revealed it’s really obvious to work out so early on so it doesn’t come across like a genuine shock.
Sci-fi fans (and comic book fans), for the most part, are switched on to what they are watching, so when it comes to things such as Star Trek, they are more knowledgeable than many people new to writing and producing the shows/films. They will need to be smarter with the plots/twists going forward, which is an easy fix. The twist with a certain crew member for example, they thought it was a good idea to invent an actor to try to cover their tracks, if it was an intentional red herring, then fine, but if it was a genuine attempt to hide a plot twist, it was lame.
