this has really upset me after a fantastic weekend at Destination Star Trek last weekend. Will be feeling awful for a while
Do they not understand that people hold grudges when companies fuck about like this. Like most will wait to subscribe, okay then. lol.
What a truly stupid move, literally days before it's due on Rolleyes
1 VPN subscription or multiple streaming services? Hmm tough decision that one Rolleyes

Plus this news comes after Destination Star Trek last weekend in London where no one had a clue and there were trailers running promoting a November launch. Feeling really sorry for Discovery cast & crew who came to Destination Star Trek in London this past weekend who didn't have a clue his was coming and are getting abuse from upset Discovery fans outside us & Canada
It's been soon heartwarming to see the Discovery cast come out to support the international Discovery fans since this news about Discovery broke including this from Anthony Rapp (Stamets)

just download it every week in a torrent. old skool. Wink
They can support all they want it’s not gonna change a thing all Paramount care about is money. All people will do is pirate the show they bought it on themselves.
Exactly. This change wasn't an overnight thing either, they would have had plenty of time to sort out scheduling changes if they had wanted to, but they've shown contempt for their international viewers with this move. Not exactly smart, but tv execs have history of bad choices. lol.
Here’s also why not just money but also streaming there’s already Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ being successful and HBO Max finally coming to Europe Paramount want a piece of action. The Future whether we like it or not is streaming with the cinema experience now dropping especially with covid it’s easier to sit in the comfort of room, with the recent merger they had recently that was the nail in the coffin.
If your gonna move Discovery to there own streaming service why keep there other Star Trek shows on different streaming platforms. Paramount have scored a own goal with timing people will just pirate. Trust me once Discovery gets to season 5 and it’s all synch again with the states this will be long forgotten.

Using a show that hasn't exactly set the world on fire with its ratings to launch your new premium streaming service is right up there Big Laugh
