and give it a go. I'm sure there are other ways to get it under the 20kb avatar size on this forum, but here's my advice:

1. Set up 3 square Jpegs of any size to use.
2. On the page, where it says 'Choose your image dimensions, select Custom size and input the size 88 x 88 pixels. Keep the tick in the stretched/distorted box.
3. Add the 3 files from your computer and Upload them.
4. Once they are uploaded, you can change the order of the images (drag/drop) and set the duration of each image.
5. Then Create Image and Save to your computer once it has been created. The file size should be just under 20kb.

Looking good Elle (in both an 'avatar' and a general sense of the word). Any idea yet when you're next on tv?
