ofcoms rules (if you can be botherd...
http://www.statutelaw.gov.uk/content.asp...Id=2771854 ) are much more lax than the rules that cellcast are implimenting (if they wernt then a lot of other babechannels are in deep water as we speak). the bbc who supply the licence also have a say and they only asked that there be no genital stimulation, prolonged shots of genitals and no direct views of genitals. at the moment ofcom are more concerned with the inshow adverts rather than the onscreen content of all the channels.
the reason in my opinion, they have tamed down is so that girls like paige and other day girls who had a fanbase on freeview via partypeople, will do nights. also new girls like jessica who hit the ground running are hard to come by and keep.
this is what i ment when i said, it seems like some of the girls are dictating how the show is produced.
thoughs that have sky will confirm that b4 paige, lori and lynesy were hired for nights, babestation/party girls was just as explicite as any other channel on sky even on freeview when there was just partygirls. (sighting the least couple of months of party girls on freeview b4 they went off air and came back. ie: there test run).
this is why im less inclined to blame the producers at this point.

Very true, and from what I know of Ofcon and the effect of their adjudications, the result is almost always that the various stations run scared for a while, whatever the adjudication. Only three weeks ago we had five girls stark naked at the same time (one of them Lori, brand new on the dark side) on the Cellcast channels. Now Lori isn't allowed to pull her panties down (though Amanda and Caty and Jemma and Camilla don't seem to take much notice) and it's mostly two pairs of knickers time all over again. Elite also toned down a bit (though Cellcast's internal censorship is far greater than Elite's anyway.)
I don't think it's down to the girls who want to tame it down though some of them might. Paige and Caty did a two minute on screen full-on kiss only three weeks ago, and though a day girl, Paige is usually up for anything like that.
What bothers me is the mentality of the people who watch these programmes simply in order to complain. Why should Ofcon take them seriously without a psychiatrist's report?

Yes she showed one nipple or the other 8 times in what I would say was less than 2 minutes.
dude do yourself a favour and stop counting, if she gets em out just think great and carry on doing what ever, but keeping count will only have negative effects.
