Krystal Niles has appeared on the list of tv babes on their website, with a "New Girl" banner across her pic. I haven't noticed her on there before.
haven't watched for a few nights has there been any noticeable downturn in the number of callers since the "no connection charge ever" turned out to be a lie?
It is harder to tell on xpanded if the girls have a call or not, because they don't have a phone to wave around. They could just be chatting amongst themselves and it would look the same. And of course they never get a microphone either to beg with, so it keeps the illusion going that they are non-stop on calls.
Breaking news............the schedule has returned. It only took them about a year to sort it.

yes caught me out a few times...
Stopped watching this channel when Goldie Lox left. My heart is still broken...
Well that's interesting, they've ditched the connection charge again.
The banner now reads " No connection charges ! "
They've left out the word 'ever'
i've only watched once since they introduced it but it sounds like it's hit call volumes hard if they've got rid so quick.
Vodaphone now charge 23p per minute connection charge to the 09 numbers you call from a mobile from last monday..
The connection charge reversal could be down to viewers' confusion. Their position on the initial change, as expressed on their forum, was that it's common for companies to not run changes in pricing structures past their customers (!), but they also pointed out that the charge only applied to the mobile shortcode, and not the 09 number. Dialling that, or joining the company and using members' numbers was the key to avoiding paying the money, which they said was to offset the mobile phone operators cut of the transaction. On screen, the casual viewer or those not willing or able to join xxXpanded might well presume that £1.50 applied to everything and perhaps enough of them did re-think their plans to call in to prompt the current graphic.
It won't be surprising if it returns in the near future - they may just be re-thinking how best to communicate it within the OSG, and it certainly doesn't seem to have stopped them slapping the £3 on the weekend flirtXchange calls!
