can anyone who isn't banned from xpanded's forum (sorry i know that's only a very small group of you given their zero tolerance on anyone having an opinion of their own), copy and paste the post and poster's name which started all this off.

Info in this Latest Ofcom bulletin under the title of "television services that have ceased to be licensed in this period" http://licensing.ofcom.org.uk/tv-broadca...tes/052015
So do you think that Xpanded are taking over RLC's better slots on the EPG (leasing from Playboy as they still hold the licenses no?) leaving Xpanded's old channel numbers free, mr mystery?

I don't really know what to make of it to be honest, someone posted that Xpanded weren't taking over the RLC channels until after June, so they could get another licence of their own this month, but if they were going to do this why hand 2 back that they already have ? .
They can keep a licence for as long as they want, even if they aren't currently broadcasting using the licence, so it seems strange if they are going to purchase the Playboy channels out right to give up a licence they could have used.
So at present to me it looks like they will just lease the channels from Playboy and use Playboy's existing licence, if this is the case then Playboy UK will ultimately be in control of what Xpanded broadcast as they are the licencee's .
So if they did do this, they could vacate their existing 2 channels and broadcast solely on Playboy's channels, unless of course they are intending to broadcast on their own channels as well as the Playboy licensed channels .
personally i'd still recommend to anyone on here to download all the RLC videos they might want NOW because as soon as xpanded are anywhere near they'll be wanting them taken down.
How come XpandedTV2 is still broadcasting if their licence ceased in May?

It isn't, the Xpanded TV 2 licence that they handed back is the freeview Xpanded TV 2 licence that they never used, Xpanded were supposedly getting another freeview channel slot, but that idea now seems to have been scrapped .
The Cruzr TV licence is the former Xpanded Sky 944 channel licence .
that they have given up, Xpanded could easily have retained this licence if they wanted to, and used it once more if they were getting another channel channel slot of their own, ie 902 .
so that I assume would make it possible for SIN TV to broadcast on more than one channel or possibly even on FV?
What happened to "no connection charges ever!", That's right, this,
"thank you for calling xpanded tv you have been charged £1.50" connection sms.
£1.50 to get stuck behind a chatter, i don't think so. Obviously trying to bump up the bank balances this way.
by the way managed to read xpandeds forum there was one post that made me laugh by them "Don't ask where has ______ gone".
yeah right that's a forum.
Someone asked on the Xpanded forum if things would change when they take over the RLC/Playboy channels, they replied by saying "Some things will change, evolution rather than revolution though".
I wouldn't be surprised if they put the call prices up .

Xpanded and Sin are completely different companies, so what Xpanded does with their licenses has no bearing whatsoever on Sin.
Also, licenses are different to channel slots, so Xpanded giving back unused licenses doesn't neccessarily mean there are slots free to broadcast on, and even if there were, they could be allocated elsewhere on the epg, not neccessarily reserved for another adult show.
